I know the feeling... List keeps growing.

When I bought mine I was originally just thinking top plate spacers to level it out and be happy with it. Now armor, suspension, and driveline upgrades are all I can think about. Good thing these trucks last forever...

Then something expensive breaks. Followed by more expensive shit breaking. And then you decide to lower your 4x4 and...wait what?

^^ Nice. The FJ wheels look sharp on that truck.

Does it seem pretty solid though?
I've had my bar for a few months and still haven't mounted it.

So my 07 has a hideous squeak when engaging and dis engaging the clutch. Have not had time to lift it up and take a look. Figured I would start here. Any thoughts? Forgot to mention it's not coming from the pedal assembly

mine does the same thing. if it's what i'm thinking of, its where the parts pivot inside the transmission when you push and release the clutch pedal. i'm 99% sure there is a how to on the forum somewhere to re-lubricate that point.

or it could be the annoying pedal creak, is the sound coming from inside the cab or can you hear it outside the truck?

I know nothing about this but you may want to check the squeaky clutch thread.

We'll I have heard the creek also but that's less consistent compared to the every morning cold startup squeak from the outside I would like to fix both

i re-lube where the clutch fork pivots maybe once or twice a year just with some red grease on the end of a small brush. its really really hard to see, you have to remove the boot (i think its a vent?) to gain access to that spot. i keep searching for the thread that i saw the how-to in but i must be typing all of the wrong key search words.

Lol, this was my solution as well. You can hear the pedal squeak from inside the truck and when you open the window (yes, several months out of the year it is possible) I can hear something from outside the truck.
