I just joined TacomaWorld today and have the same problem I have seen so many others talking about. My new Tacoma (off the lot a week ago) came with an Entune Audio plus and I didn't know it did not have nav and Apps until I got it home and started setting things up. I went back to the dealer and told them I was disappointed and asked them to upgrade me so I would have the Navigation also. They told me there was no upgrade because they must be installed at the factory.
I can see in the posts that this is not true. Does anyone know how I can acquire an Entone Premium audio system that I can install myself?
You got a really good deal on your system and I'm glad it is working fine.
    Thank you....RonCarver

As far as I no... There is little or no difference.
    But....
Your speakers will always sound a lot better than the stock system if it's powered properly. I've amped my stock unit (2013) and factory speakers

It sounds a lot cleaner and I'm definitely happy with just the 4ch amp

Just got my nav unit in a the mail. Everything was plug and play into the 2013 (after I fixed the wiring). I was a little bummed that it didn't come with an SD card. I looked it up and that sucker is not cheap.

I had another member tell me that... I sent FLTruks a PM, I am hoping its just a mistake. Everything was package real nice but it was odd, the SD card cover on the radio was removed and just loose in the box.

I would say a mistake, he's really good but super busy. Takes a while to get back to you.

I would check your plug to your clock/hazard light assembly under the radio. If its disconnected, connect it. If the light still doesn't turn on check out this .pdf (ignore the last two pages, just follow the instruction to read and clears the error code. My guess is you are getting error code 45 which is a malfunction in the passenger airbag indicator light.

Edit: Sorry I read your post too fast I understood it as your airbag warning light was on in your dash... Not sure if what I said above will help you. The only think I can thing that would keep it on is maybe some tool or your old stereo is on your seat and the system is sensing that as a person being there. I'm not sure on the weight limit but I bet it's pretty sensitive.

If it's the actually light that lights up the word "airbag" that's normal...
If it says "ON" then the system might be thinking something is on your passenger seat

This is correct. "AIRBAG" is always lit, regardless of occupancy.

The airbag light in the gauge cluster shouldn't be lit all the time. Only the actual "Airbag" word under the radio.

I got mine from FLTrucks on 2/27, and have the same issue. Installed in my '14 with base radio and everything worked perfect, except the NAV since I didn't get an SD card. The cover was open for the memory card when I unpacked the unit from the box, with no card installed. Checked inside the box for it loose and no luck. PM'd FL and awaiting response. Otherwise very happy and shipped quickly after payment!

Wonder if anyone that has the map SD card can simply copy it and zip the files online

FLrucks responded to me yesterday. I just confirmed my address with him again. I hope to get my card soon. I too am very happy with everything. I think this is an outstanding deal even if I need to wait a few more days for the SD card. If my aftermarket adapter will make this work with a 2005 Jbl system I'm going to order another one for my truck.

If you installed this nav unit in your 2013 and want to add the Vice switch, I took some pictures (here) of how I got it to work. I think just buying the controls is still probably the best option for most though.

I heard back from FLTrucks yesterday as well, and should be getting a card too. Should be all good when it arrives!
