UPDATE 7-14-14: The group buy list has been started, get in line for the first batch.

As the original thread for the 05-11 and 12+ bumpers has grown to be long and convoluted I'm starting a new thread for the development process for the 2012+ winch mount bumpers now that the 05-11 bumper is in production.

As this proceeds I'll post status updates and design notes. Feel free to add your comments and suggestions to this thread.

haha, yes we do. but we're just making sure you know that once you make a version for 12+'s that you're going to have a bunch of people lined up, cash in hand for these!

I have a 2012 and am looking into winch options for that. I'll keep my eyes open to see if you continue with this one because I saw your post about the lack of sales on your 05-11 model. I hope you continue cause this mount is definitely on the top of my list.

What is involved in mounting this? Is it something most people would be able to do, or would I need to get a shop to do it?

If your trying to get a feel for possible customers, you could start a kickstarter campaign... I've scene a lot of them with tiers for support and development and then you could have a tier for $100 that was just $100 off the final product or something like that... Again just a thought.

I hope you do work on this. It looks like a great option.

Added extra awesomeness to its original awesomeness.
I know development is under way on the 12 but I can't imagine drastic differences. That being said, the mounting of the 05' was very easy, the only reason it required two people was the weight of the bumper. That being said, nothing a few jack-stands couldn't handle if you did find yourself without help.

Our truck front ends come apart very easily, if you have a screwdriver and a couple of wrenched you'll be good.
