Should be. Most of it is damn easy with the bypasses and the clearance you have. Plus by then Andrew should have your sliders done.

Most of it is. The only time you might need them is the last little staircase. But still thats not allot its just difficult cause your tires are wet from coming out of the stream and its gard to get traction

He is a busy guy. Usually best to call or stop by his shop. Great work by him. I have his light bar and side steps on my wife's truck.

That obstacle has been gone for a couple years. It's smooth now.

Is this going to be a straight-through run or a camping trip? I'd to CK again but I always get lazy when we get up top and just want to chill out and rest. Horsethief Basin Lake area has a couple of easy campgrounds that make good meet spots. Lots of options up there even in undeveloped areas.

It got graded 2 years ago, and they removed that giant boulder that was tough to get up over. It's a really easy trail now, and with almost now precip this winter it shouldn't be washed out that bad at all.

Hmmm... I would make it an overnighter. I just did Broken Arrow again at the end of January so I won't be joining that part of the "other" run being discussed elsewhere. A wheel trip up the back way to CK, a stop at the restaurant for a big burger, then finding a camp spot sounds like a great weekend to me.

Well that explains it. The bolder was a tricky spot. I always enjoyed it tho. But definitely stopping in town for a burger and beer. Maybe some jalepeno fudge too
