    Hi Guy's and Gals;
    Thank you for having me aboard.
    I am looking for an aggressive mud terrain tire and black off road rims for my 2006 TRD Sport. With cost in mind, does anyone have any suggestions?
    Thanks,
    Ed

    Good year duratrac, Firestone destination m/t, Cooper discovery STT, As far as rims a lot of people like the Pro comp series. Most of the Pro comps are pretty standard and very touch wheels. Hopes this helps.

    Welcome aboard!! :wave: My favorite MTs are BFG KM2s, and Level 8 makes a nice black wheel that is cost friendly. Discount tire in Sparks should be able to get you both of those. Also SCS makes nice stuff.

    I see you're in Reno. A couple members there, check out the BS thread.

    OP, you're going to find everyone pop in here saying what they run is the best, since "best" is 100% subjective

    look into the pros and cons of different MT's and figure out what suits you best

    since it doesnt seem like you're too deep into your search yet, you might consider AT's too, since MT's will sap MPGs/power if you're mainly going to be onroad

    now, sticking with what I said above, my favorite two MT's have been goodyear MT/R and BFG's KM2's. Both are great tires; I'm running the MT/R's now with no problems and theyre great on the rocks
