at that price, ill take 3 of them. hose shopping has been dog shit the last few months. looked at one yesterday afternoon. perfect. barn with apartment above it, main house has 2+2, big horse arena/pasture all on 3.5 acres. fucking perfect. assholes are having an auction, cash only. yeah, let me just pull out 400k cash from my ass.

 

If you need help pulling money out of your ass I can lend a hand My wife and I bought last august looking at whats out there now and for what we spent its complete SHIT. Interest rates are still low though, but they are going up. Its still a sellers market. tight tight inventory.

im picky. needs 1 acre MINIMUM, a fixer upper, and none of this fanny may shit. as long as the home/granny flat are permitted, everything else is a piece of cake. been a general contractor for ever. if i can find the perfect piece of land, ill just build. thats sort of a last resort seeing as i dont feel like getting raped by the county/state for permits ect.

 

haha, im not handy in that aspect so we bought a turn key remodeled home. We do have an acre, which is nice. I work in real estate so if you need an agent let me know.

 

Where were you when I bought, my agent sucked ass. My loan officer was awesome though.

 

There is a good chance of me moving out to SD in the next few weeks. Anyone have a room for rent or looking for a roommate?

The City of SD is a pain in the Butt for permits, you cant even install a Garbage disposal without a permit. And is why we are buying out of the city.

Anyone know how to mess with the 1st gen clutch?
Starting to bug me sometimes. Sure it's time for a new clutch since it's probably the original at 168k.
Still had the factory brakes in the back when I changed them a few days ago.
