Sorry I should said 2013- 2014 heated seats are standard on Canadian TRD packages.

I ordered them on my '14 TRD Sport. They were an option. Only $299 from the factory. I recently discovered seat heaters in a rental. They're fantastic.

Wait, you can order them in a TRD Sport? I wouldn't have to get a Limited?

That certainly would be my first choice way of doing it.

See? This is where stuff like this drives me crazy (admittedly a short trip).

I've study the toyota.com web page, got the brochure from the dealer, and everything points to heated seats ONLY being available in the Limited package. The sales guy did say I could get them, but I thought he meant it could be added there in the dealership.

Was it at least some hidden option that is hard to find on the order blank?

    Thanks Capt Ike!

No problem. I just asked the salesman. He even thought you couldn't get them, but when he asked he was as surprised as I was. Evidently, as long it is the Soft-Tex leather or the Sport fabric you can get them as an option.

More to come

Got mine for $50 a set with my Katskinz group by on thread here. He had a hell of a speacial. I put the switches on the each side of the center console next to the cup holders. Just too tight in the small blanks, looked cramped or squezed in.

I would highley recommend a group buy on here with Andrew. He is one of the best OPs I have worked with and you will get them for a fraction of the price. I also had personalized stiching done on them.

Another good heated seat for a good price. Used by most dealerships and aftermarket (Katskinz). Come as complete kit with everything. http://heated-seats.com/products.php

Hopefully Toyota is different. To date when I've asked questions like this, where it meant the sales guy had to put a little effort in meant he would simply say "No, can't do it."

    WET OKOLE!!

I already have the heated TRD Sport seats but still got a set of sweet covers. They will make the seat way more comfortable, and they will be waterproof and indestructible.
