My apology for the crappy angle on the video. I have no idea why it is turned. I took it the same way I take photos... Anyway, Do some neck stretching, and turn the volume up, and enjoy.

DirtyDeedsIndustries long travel, King coil overs with King bypass up front. 3X16 triple bypass kings out back to dampen the Deaver SUA pack. Long tube headers with full race exhaust system. Too much to list.
Thank you for the mention of our hand built custom exhaust. This project was very interesting to me and I really enjoyed the opportunity to help design/engineer your exhaust system. I'm glad that it worked out so well and am very happy to see the truck together and running. Please stay in touch and remember, if you ever need anything, just let me know.

Well after about 2 months of my truck being up and running, for the most part things have been great.

Loads of low end power with the 4.56 gears. the truck doesnt feel like its turning 35s. However fuel mileage is not the greatest. Not bad, but not great. We had some snow in NC the last week, so my truck has spent a lot of time in 4wd. Thus I only got 12.5mpg... YIKES... from what I am finding, around town and on the back roads, I am getting 14-15mpg. On the highway I would say 16, maybe 17mpg. All in all those numbers are just a bit lower than my old 3rz was getting, but now I have 3 times the low end power.

In other news, I have not had time or really the drive to "tub" my fire wall for the 35s, so a 3 point turn turns into a 12 pointer.

I am still not running rear o2 sensors and have yet to get my trans bypass, so I have a few codes, and the MIL is on. I still have 4 months before I have to have it inspected, so I have a little time.

Did you need to fab your own motor mounts im seriously thinking of this. But using an auto tranny.

I kept the frame mounts and built my own block side mounts. I used the stock v8 rubber mounts. I will try and dig up some pictures. They are not the nicest looking but they are simple and effective.

Sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I dont have any pictures of my motor mounts. They are really simple and someone with fab skills could do a better job. I. This link you should be able to see the motor mounts that went into a 99 4runner. I followed his design pretty closely.

So you needed a 4runner v8 manifold? Or just the airbox?must have been hard to find a manifold if that is the case?

Thank you sir. I love it. A few more bugs and it will be perfect.

When you say manifold I assume you are talking about the intake? If so they ate all the same. Later years got an asic or something like that. It looks the same only it changes runner length for different rpms.. The non-vvti 2uz's have fixed runners so they are all the same. It doesn't matter if it was a Lexus, 4runner, Sequoia, Tundra, or LC.

The 03-04 intake box and tube are what you need. The Tundra air box is way too tall. The hood won't come close to closing. You can trim up the airbox if you want, but that's messy. The 4runner box fits nice, and the hood and inner fender only requires some minor love with a hammer.

As far as finding parts I use Car-Part.com. I bought my intake off there and had it shipped from CA.

Not much progress... Had a minor set back. I ended up getting a piece of metal in my eye. I had to have is "drilled out". That was fun......

Anyway, here is where I'm at.
