I'm sure Toyota spent money in research on that little piece of plastic too. :p

I agree! Can't wait till the lift is on today and it's 3" taller!

I can build it on mine if you buy a backup pair of housings.

Well, the suspension overhaul exercise this weekend got half done. :D Unfortunately as I was saying previously that our only weak link here is BEER. So needless to say we took our sweet time and only got the front done yesterday. Today the rear is getting knocked out. I gotta say, those bolts for the UCA's are a pain in the ass to get out. Didn't really enjoy bending the body of a new truck. We thought about raising the body to get them out but in the end, it's a truck! She will get some battle scars eventually. Here are some pics of the progress as of now.

Heading out to mount stuff up!

Stay tuned, working on the rear today! :D

Too late now but the trick for the UCA bolts is a long pry bar and another set of hands. From inside the engine bay, flex the fender well with the pry bar just enough to squeeze the bolt through, you may have to pull the battery too.

DOH! Well, I'll know next time or if someone needs help. Overall we didn't screw the sheet metal up to bad and you can not tell we where in there. It was just a cussing fest for sure. HAHA!

Well, we finally finished the truck last night. The back was a breeze compared to the front IMO. Need to get extended brake lines now just to be safe and gives me an excuse to change out the OEM brake fluid to Synthetic. Overall, the truck rides so much better to me. I'm very happy going KING on my suspension overhaul for sure! :D Now just waiting on the Pelfreybilt Bumper and sliders to ship.

Anyone know which Extended Stainless Braided Brake lines fit our trucks well? Need to get these for peace of mind I think.

Do you happen to have a link to that group buy by chance? Are they made by someone or All Pro's? Thanks for the insight!

So I've been researching this drive line vibrations at take off and it's looking like I have a ton of shim work to do. Seems the ToyTec shims for the leaf packs in addition to putting additional shims on top of the OME shims on the CB are the trick. Anyone have any experience doing this yet? Any tricks or known combo's that work for a 3.5" lift? This looks like it could be a major pain in the arse to work out. :(
