Look for a bed rack that has more than the bedsides it mounts too. I hear people breaking the plastic trim with a bed rack and RTT sitting on top (over time of course). Not sure what the BoxRocket racks look like, but I think AP's just sits on the bed sides.

BoxRocket's bed racks I don't have any plastic trim. Bed has been rhino lined. If you are talking about the plastic stock liner in the bed.

Sara would typically clear up stuff like this when it gets posted, but she's not with AP anymore. I'm sure one of the remaining guys at AP will respond (if they're made aware of it)

I Have nothing but positive things to say from Ap. From my bumper to my skids to the pm's ive gotten from them concerning my order of the bedrack I was going to order (Yet helled off).
Maybe this thread should have been posted in there thread and not here.

Well... this is the Vendor Review section overall, so I think it's in the appropriate place. It's only been an hour, and its a Friday. Give AP some time to respond lol

I felt this was the perfect section to put it in considering this is my review of a vendor on this site.

If somebody wants a public answer out of All Pro by directing them to this, that's fine by me. They know I'm not happy with them either way...

Okay, so for the record I just called All Pro.

When I called I asked to speak with Tracy. The owners wife who told me the bad news and said she would see the progress through.

Instead the male that I was speaking with, who I don't remember the name of (Kevin?), went and checked himself and said it was completed today, was picked up about 20 minutes ago, and the tracking emails for today's shipments would go out in the morning.

We will see if I was lied to again... I really hope not, because if it shipped today then I'll get it in time to work on it before my rtt gets here...

Yup, if I call at the end of tomorrow and they say that it isn't ready...

He said it was wrapped up and on the list to ship. Then left the phone for a minute and came back to say that it did in fact ship.... We'll see.

Coilovers, All-Pro +2" LT kit, Timbren Bumpstops front and rear, All-Pro U-Bolt flip kit, Pelfreybilt Hybrid front bumper, RCI IFS Skid, RCI Sliders, more to come.....
I am going to chime in here as well about All Pro. I purchased a full long travel kit with standard leafs and fox's for the back not too long ago. I have no issues with their actual product, everything is pretty well built and I'm actually pretty pleased with my product. Now as for their customer service department, as nice as the staff may be and as helpful as they try to be over the phone, it doesn't help when they are just bad with getting the product out or quality control on making sure parts are with everything. They do tend to give excuses or make things up a lot too. I had multiple parts missing from several pieces of the kits. On top of that, it was a hastle just to get them to tell me when my shocks were going to arrive because I don't think they palced the order for my front coilovers like they were supposed to until I questioned where they were. They did comp me a winch security bolt kit, but still the hastle was already there. They really need to get their PR department and quality control, under control. I think they would do much better as a company if they got that stuff taken care of because their products are very good. They also need to fire their powder coating company or guy and get someone else because they suck. I do a better job with my personal kit I have at home, and my setting isnt even ideal for poweder coating and it comes out much nicer, and doesnt flake off like paper. Seriously though......don't order any optional powder coating through them, get it bare metal if there is an option and do it somewhere else or yourself. You will get much better results. If I had to do it all over again, I would go through a different company to be honest.

Yeah, sad to hear... I agree that I like their products. But customer service is in need of an overhaul.

I only hope that they got my options correct, 50/50 shot I guess since they can't even remember that I had an order...
