nice. Thanks guys. Two coats of primer are done and Im onto my third coat of paint. I will have the lights mounted tonight. Bumper on tomorrow night. Coils Friday.

 

Another question. How long do you all figure to take the skid plate, bumper and crash bar off to mount the bumper. I have some friends showing up to help mount the bumper but I need to have everything else out of the way.

What's that little bracket behind that sum frame crossbar thing? Bumper pulls on that too?

 

Additional bumper support since stock is a bit lacking.

 

I would say a couple hours maybe a bit more first time through. It really is a simple process. I can do a front install in under 30 minutes without help but I've done it once or twice....

 

And you added it or tyler?

 

Comes with all his plates bumpers.

 

Help. I installed the bumper and it looks great. Only problem is the bumper is a little high and I can't seem to lower it. It makes a popping sound when I drive it. I noticed that there appears to be a bumper or bump stop on the left and right side of where I took the fenders off. I left them on and now I am thinking the should have came off because they are conflicting with the sides of the bumper.

 

Its been covered! lol Those rubber pieces get removed!

 

What do you mean it's been covered?? Did I miss something. Guess I will be taking them off because they seem to be holding the bumper up. They are strong mothers.

 

Lol I know its been asked a couple times I'm just playing around. Did the directions not show it?

 

Omg, omg, omg................. Fuuuuuuuuuuuuukkkkkkkkkkk. I suppose those are the black hubs that the bumper clicks into that Tyler clearly talks about in the instructions on the first paragraph, on the first page.

You are correct, those are the hubs that have to be removed. Take out the little screw in the center and they pop right out. Sorry you missed that, pretty easy to remove though.

well, here it is. Its awesome. Just have to correct step one and hook up the lights.

Love it. Yeah it was worth the ups bs. I had it out this morning and another tacoma driver passed going the opposite direction. Too funny, I swear he pulled an exorcist head turn to keep his eyes on my truck/your bumper.
