I just called the guys and they were not positive if their switches would work for me. I need two switches for the blanks under the heater controls of my 2012 Tacoma. Do the ones they make fit there or are they for placement to the left of the steering wheel?

The switch housing needs to be trimmed a little bit to fit the otrattw switches. There's plenty of write ups on how to do it.

I'm not positive about the ones you're talking about since they are smaller on the newer trucks.

You need to pop the blank out. Then trim the surrounding area the switch will sit into.

you'll have to trim a good amount, but it'll fit

So that's what it looks like on the newer trucks? Weird that they changed the size of the holes.

IIRC, mine is the 2009 version? (my truck is an 07, so I didn't have anything before).

But the newer ones looks similar to this one, but have the cig outlets on the left and right of the switch blanks

But in both versions, these are smaller switch blanks than on the left of the steering wheel

I am cutting out the secondary (one closest to the driver seat; furthest from the front of the truck) sunglasses holder and mounting them there. Here are mine:

Just email him and tell him that you're looking for. That CB one I got wasn't on the website so I had him put it together. Very pleased.

i would take everything apart so you can wire the wires easier.

Yeap. Took a while, but got it done. I actually bought a 3rd switch (the Zombie light switch on the right) that I didn't have anything to hook up to when I installed my locker and compressor switches, but I wired all of them up and fed that wire so that I can access it later on when I had something to hook up to it.

Dammit, was afraid you were going to say that. Thanks for the heads up. May have to order up some more switches and do that. Hmm, the list grows
