    Jeeps are an infection.
Bought 1 and then had to have another.
Currently have 2001 lifted and locked XJ.

    Toyota's are worse.
Bought the Tacoma and then a lifted 4Runner.

    Wife drives a lifted Suburban!

    Good luck with the Jeep.

Don't forget to add, "posting repeatedly to my own build thread without adding pictures and moderating an internet forum," to your list of time consuming activities.

Maybe it's time to search for a new, more respectful employer? Or do you only deserve treatment marginally better than a Thai hooker?

Sorry to hear about your dog, though. Is it serious?

    Have you seen Poi Boi's?

It's great for when you're drunk and feel like a dick.

High vis yellow waterproof would imply some wealth and lessen the success of your panhandling endeavor ... I'm just sayin'

Figured you could use a laugh after the week you've had. ;)

    How's Gunner, still recovering well?

So, that'd be whenever you're drunk?

construction work is down right now, and the company I was working for doesn't have any job starting until June or later. So I'm stuck working for the company I'm at now, at least for the time being. gunner was treated a month ago or so for pneumonia, and just recently we found he has an ulcer. he made a full recovery from the pneumonia, and medications he's on now for the ulcer, the doctor expect a full recovery from.

Sorry man, that really sucks. So construction is still a roller coaster there? I'm really sorry, got to be frustrating. :(

Thing that pisses me off, I saw a couple getting ready to stand on a corner a couple weeks ago, and I saw them "stashing" a purse (which looked nice), large cooler, cell phone, etc., behind a large tree next to the corner. I thought "Fuck........If you guys have all that shit, you don't need to be begging". Then, THE SAME FUCKING DAY, I saw a guy walk into a Circle K. He came out with a couple hot dogs, and a large drink. He walked RIGHT past his 2007 Acura, and down the street. As I left after getting fuel, I got on my way, and there was the fucker on a corner, with a tattered sign asking for money.

I feel you're pissedness Chris, we have the same bullshit here, see the same begging bastards on the same corners , which they seem to work in shifts, & they DO have more $$$ than I & they DO drive nicer vehicles than I have, what pisses ME off is that they're 99.9% white guys all fucked up on this or that, I've never seen a mexican or a black guy doing this shit around here... It's making the rest of us white trailer trashers look bad....

Thing that really gets me, is a while back, our city began a program of getting the Homeless into shelter, or an apartment. If the cops see a homeless person, they stop, talk to them, and get them needed aid to help them get back on their feet. Im cool with that, as before Christmas, they started a program, with a goal of 100% housing for Vets. They did it. So they rolled the program over to include everyone. The caveat is......If someone is NOT homeless, they are cited for "Pan Handling", and removed from the corner. So....word has gotten out, and you'll see a dude on a corner, waiting to cross a street. The light turns Red, he looks around (presumably for Police), then pulls out a folded sign asking for money! Light turns green, and they either cross to the other corner, or wait, as if to cross the street again. The GOOD thing is.......If I see a folded sign, I know they are frauds. It makes it more easy to identify true people in need.

always some white guy although I have been seeing a lot of younger people lately, chicks included. Its always the same people around town. My Mom saw a guy with a young girl, lets say 8 years old, standing with a sign so she went home and made BLT sandwiches and clam chowder and brought them to him so he could eat and feed his daughter and he got really angry and said "I don't want your food, I want your money!" I feel bad for people who are actually down on their luck but I don't give any of them anything. There are programs out there to help themselves, but thats what they need to do, help themselves.

I've seen people get dropped off in town cars then walk to the corner.....
