And yeah there are allot of people moving out. Glad to see we set up a pretty awesome persona for people to want to join it. Glad to have you all.

Thanks guys, I'm super stoked yet sad to leave most of my family here in CA.

Any good links to start getting associated with Tucson area?

Outdoor ranges (I guess "anywhere" outside city limits is fine?)

Biking, hiking...a little bit of 4x4. nothing extreme. My rig can't do serious travel.

    Thanks again!

Like shooting ranges? For the most part just start driving away from the city in to the desert and you are good.

    Thanks, yea firing ranges.

I figured things are a bit more laxed in AZ than CA so that makes sense.

    Checking out the camping thread...

Yes way more relaxed. Open carry state. 20min waiting period to buy firearm not 10 days. And no restrictions on mag capacity

be careful with that. outside city limits, and not within reservation land, certain distance from land marks and restricted in some parks. Even some parts of BLM does not allow it and is marked.

definitely make sure you know where the city limits end.. some of the cities have annexed out into the desert for future building so they can collect the property tax, city of Peoria annexed a lot of area around lake pleasant and they are known to be dicks if they catch you
