but i am pretty good at taking the front apart so this should go faster tomorrow and the rears are dakars which is the easy part that is why i was doing them last

this is my first IFS setup i come from the land of Heeps where you can get way with thing like that so lesson learned jsut means more time learning how to pull things apart and putting together

He is using the same frame plates I have. He also got them in a pretty underhanded way. without giving credit to or even just getting permission from the guy that designed the frame plated and was giving them out for free and only asked that nobody does exactly what he is doing. Selling them. But they eventually came to an agreement and he gave credit to 1boredclerk and Eddyrtt put a link to the frame plate thread in his FS thread.

I think 1boredclerk should be getting at least a 30% commission off each one sold.

If it's the 1/2" or 1/4" top plate spacers you're fine. It's what they recommend for the full 3" lift

 

We just trying to help.. and help out another person that tries to make the same mistake..

That sucks.. I was following that guys thread too.. he is/was a cool guy just willing to help other Tacoma guys out.. didn't ask for $$ for the files.. Then for someone to try any make $$ off him... crazy.. maybe the mods could do something about that.. If he was in NY (foget about it).. if the original guy was in Hawaii, he may have flown up just to find the guy.. just saying...

Yeah, he really did make it sound like it was his new design, even when you hinted at it, he kinda kept it going...

 

For everyone that was helping me with knowledge of the yotas the spacer I had on it was 1.5"
