No love for spacers around here buddy, but you may come across someone who has done it. I had a 2.5 inch spacer and it wasn't horrible, but my coilovers are way better.

Having grown up around a few spacer lifts. Having a coil over lift is night and day. Spacers have many negative affects. I just dont want you to through money away and have to buy a coil over lift later. Personally id wait/save up and do some research. This question has been asked everyday on here for many years. Goodluck

Which leads me to today. Despite all the negative things you hear about them, mainly from people who don't have one, I still hear postive things from the people who actually do.

Lets try this again for all you smart guys.

Does.............. anyone............. currently................ have................ a .............RevTek ................. 3 inch................ lift on..................... their truck............................. ? What...................... is ...................your..................... opinion........................ for the ride on the street?

Lots of attitude coming off you for being a newbie. We were all simply telling you what others will tell you. Like I was saying before whether its Revtek or not...spacers are spacers. Revtek doesnt use some magic metal to make their products better then others to give them smoother rides. And yes, I know people that have Revteks and they dont like them anymore then other spacer lifts they have had. Do yourself a favor and save up for a full-suspension lift.

Really? I was just trying to help. I have plenty of experiance with spacers. Even if they weren't revtek. Go ahead and get it.

Well everybody chimes in with what they have heard or what someone tells them. I want to hear from someone who strictly drives on the road with a new RevTek kit.

If you want blown shocks and a crap ride then by al means buy a spacer lift. if you want real wheel travel gains and ride improvement then buy a full suspension kit.

Its the same as every other spacer lift... quit being so dense. 95% of the people that had spacers (doesnt matter the brand they are all the same) that are on this site didnt like them.

If you arent going to be off roading go ahead and get them. They are a cheap way to lift your truck. But are you really wanting to go cheap and spend $250 to fuck up the suspension on your $30000 truck? Does that really make sense? Thats like buying a $250,000 house with all new features and appliances and gutting it to put in shit from the 80s

X2. OP listen to him, he's spot on.

Better yet, I ran the Revtek for about two years before I couldn't stand it anymore. The truck rode like it was on wagon wheels, just overall miserable.

My price installed for the Revtek was around $700 installed w/ alignment, which may be a tad high. But when I replaced it I only spent around $500 for new eibach springs with 5100's all around and installed it all myself in about two hours, which if a shop installed should be roughly the same price OTD.

My advice, you bought a nice truck, do yourself and your truck a favor and get a decent suspension setup that will actually make your truck perform and ride better

Two inexpensive and popular options are the OME setup, or the Eibach/5100 combo.
