Problem has been resolved. The vibrations were caused by a bad U-Joint.

Never had an issue with that before. I had a strange squeaking noise whenever I would back up coming from somewhere on the driveline but never really worried about it. I noticed it back in February and the sound ONLY came when I would put the truck in reverse and back up. It was also an intermittent squeak, so it only would happen once every rotation. Does that help?

I'll check that out too. How can I inspect the carrier bearing?

Look at it for rips/tears/excessive slop. Move it around by hand... you can move it but, if it's really really loose it's toast.

Also... I'd take the op pic for a ride...

Sounds more like tire balance or treadwear if it's intermittent at different speeds like that. When's the last time you did a balance/rotation?

Could also be some warped rotors.

Also... no more tasty pic? :(

Well I just had brand new DuraTracs put on about 900 miles ago. So they should be good still. I mean, I guess they could have thrown a few weights. it doesn't pulsate when I brake like warped rotors do. I've felt that before and this is different.

As for the pic... the mods took it down. :(

Yea... I'd suspect the new tires then. They could have been sitting on the shelf awhile or such. Usually when I get new KM2's they vibrate like crazy for the first 4-5k or so and kinda taper off. Aggressive tires tend to do that a bit if the balance isn't crazy good on them or the pressure is wrong.

Try busting out some chalk, make a line across the entire tread patch, roll forward and see how even the tread is touching the pavement.... adjust psi accordingly. That alone might help quite a bit.

    And aweeee :(

    Might check center bearing.

Yea, I'd tend to try the simple/easy things first then work back to wheel bearings, CV's, diff gears, drive shafts, u-joints, xfr-case, ect. If you just changed the tires though... that really would be the primary focus for me to start with.

Cut & broke off stuff. Prolific ziptie and tape usage.
    U joints on driveshaft.
Mine got worse after new tires. I think because lifting it with axle full droop pulled new angle on joint. Just guessing that's why. Maybe coincidence.
They're cheap enough to just replace anyway.

Well I didn't start having this problem till a few days ago. I was already at about 850 very smooth, vibration free miles on these tires. I don't really understand your chalk method. Could you better help me understand that please?

I still need to check those out. The truck hasn't been wheeled or put on a lift since these new tires were installed. So I have no reason to believe that the axel has even reached full droop. And they are the same size as the tires I had on the truck previously.

Just had the tires rebalanced and nothing changed...

Grease your U-Joints, and if it still makes a squealing noise it is a center bearing. Mine was squealing for a while just kept getting worse. I made it last another 20k by using penetrating oil on it. I just replaced my center bearing. Also check your driveline to see if it is missing any weights. Should see a weld spot with no washer on it. Mine was making a slight vibration, went away with the new bearing.

3" lift EIBACH coils w/ 5100's front, OME/ Dakar leaf springs w/ toytec adjustable shackles at 1.5" and 5125's out back. 33x10.5x15 KM2's Relentless DIY steel bumper.
Could it be wheel bearings? My driver side is starting to make a grinding sound but it also feels like a vibe, kind of.
