I am needing some aux lighting soon and I have decided for a roof LED bar, in addition to my already installed Hellas. The problem is that I mainly see 40" bars and was wondering if this is the maximum size for a 2nd gen Tacoma. If not, then what is the maximum length? I was wanting a 50".

I was also wanting some suggestions for roof mounts. Preferably something that does not require drilling into my cab. Thanks.

50 inch fits perfect IMHO. Not aware of any company that makes no drill brackets though. These mounts are from seirra expedition's FYI.

DONT BUY FROM GG LIGHTING!!! Buyer beware they had an awful groupbuy on TW a few years back and was a giant cluster. They were banned from TW and a lot of members ended up getting screwed in the process.

I got you covered for lights if you're interested. As for the mounts, I would ave to say that relentless is probably going to be your best bet. You might be waiting 2 months to get them, but they will be quality. As for GG Lighting... You're asking for trouble. They have changed management, but their reputation precedes them around here
