Well it only moves left to right, but there's a few reasons I think

For one I can't get the forks super tight because the handle on the mount rubs a spot on the bike, poor design.
Second I think a lot has to do with the fact that the forks are facing sideways so it can pivot left to right

I threw a bungee on it so it'll probably be fine

I noticed that after realizing your handlebars were on and turned haha! I have a fork mount that probably won't rub on your bike if you want it. I don't use it anymore... Just toss the bike in the bed and go

 

I'll deal with it for now but next time I see you I might trade ya fork mounts
