Any comments about the Austin area dealers and their willingness to do TSB work on '09s? I am considering a '09 Taco but I will definitely want the rear leaf springs fixed. Anyone have experience with them? Some dealers will do it no problem, others I have read a totally against it and won't budge.

Maybe the 2010's will already have it fixed....we'll see in about a month.

    Thanks

Don't hold your breath for a fix for the 2010....They don't have a "problem" that is bad enuf to make a sweeping fix....Far cheaper for them to fix trucks case by case.

Give the dealership you are shopping with a call...There is a thread around about dealerships that have done the TSB...

I just bought an 09 at Champion Toyota in Austin. What is the TSB fix? Do they fix it for free?

    Thanks

If you haven't purchased the truck yet, JG7, tell them that you want the TSB done and if they agree you'll buy the truck. They'll do it. Trust me.
