    3" lift, aftermarket wheels, aftermarket grill, DERPED hood scoop insert and grill housing, 50" light bar on top of the cab.
    Any mesh like material I can get to make my own insert instead of actually buying one? If so where would you tell me to look?

    This is an oem grill question..

    I have been searching but can't seem to find here on Tacoma world. A while back I remember there was a specific Toyota dealership that was offering 2011 OEM honeycomb grills paint matched for the 2005-2011 front ends. Anyone know the details on that?

    I made it myself with a dremmel and a sheet of 1/8" fiberglass. After I cut it painted it red and mounted it with 3M tape

    I bought an aftermarket grill to try a DIY satoshi. The two parts aren't plastic welded together. How exactly to I attach the two piece once i have the outer surround painted and the mesh attached to the inner?

    Use a soldering gun with a flat tip to melt down the tabs to fasten the two together. :thumbsup:

    Craig I have noticed my grill is beginning to warp in the bottom. Well the plastic is, any suggestions as to how I could prevent this from happening? I used an aftermarket grill to make mine with your Raptor mesh kit, might that be why?
