    just took it out for a test run 20 minutes ago. the replaced cylinder head seems to be doing perfect. just a few more little things to still do, like re tap the threads on the other cylinder head :rolleyes:

    but nothing major like before


    a motorcycle is always a good idea :D

    so much fun. dont make my mistake, pony up some extra cash and get something newer that wasn't some guys project.

    Good to hear.

    My selection is pretty narrow due to my height and weight. My friends Honda CBR1000 was way too heavy for me and taller than I like.

    I love the Harley Iron 883's. But weight and price...

    I'm leaning towards a Dual Sport really. Want something no bigger than a 500 but not a puny 250...

    i hate harleys but thore 883s and the other similar styles actually look pretty good.

    I really like the dual sport route as well. and tbh that will probably be my next bike. I want a street bike but i think the dual sport is a prefect mix of streetablity and off road capability. that way I can go on expo trips with monte and crew (like the x overland guys) when my truck becomes less than expo preferred.
