Just found out its the same size nut at the ubolts. So I have all my OEM ubolt nuts with the flare on them and I also have a few nylocks of the same size that ill just add washers too.

Yah nylocks should not be necessary but I guess it cant hurt

We did keep running into problems and the install took 12 hours to complete front and rear. That inlcudes time driving around looking for a new bleeder valve too lol (which is now fixed) but by the end of the night we were all exhausted. Im positive we cranked everything down but the only thing we actually took a torque wrench to was the wheels and ubolts. Everything else was by hand so thats probably my issue. Ill swing by friday though.

    Awwww...thanks :D.
Thing about "just cranking it down" instead of using the proper torque is this. The UCA should rotate on the bolt, if you just crank it down it may be so tight that the bolt rotates with the UCA thus loosening the nut. Aaaaand..the reason why they call out torque.

Torque wrenches are important for sure.. I carry one while on the trail and and also several others I wheel with including blackhawke88. Checking/inspecting important components while on the trail is crucial. This also comes down to prepping properly before each trail run. I spend a good 1-2 hours inspecting and making sure everything is tight, not broken or worn. That includes inspecting my recovery gear. It's a habit that needs to be learned and kept.

I think if proforce had been properly prepping his truck , the loose UCA hardware would have been noticed a lot sooner. Don't mean to call him in a negative way, just using his situation as an example.

I agree. I had the clunk/pop since the install 3 weeks ago and have been trying to find it but must have overlooked that area. Noob mistake i guess. Lessons learned

Didn't even realize there was a audio page. Haven't lurked as hard as I thought. Going to take a gander through that first before making hard decisions. Deadening seems to be where im headed though. Thanks for the help!!

EDIT: After scrounging through the audio threads I think what im looking for is better quality of sound as well as slightly louder. Wanting to only spend around $2-300 for the upgrade. Deadening seems to be a for sure as well as speaker upgrades. With all the DIYs threads, ill probably head that way as well to keep costs low. Thanks again!
