    No fighting. Annie's not much into playing since Ollie died. She used to play with Ollie all the time, but once Ollie died, she doesn't want to play very often. and then only on her terms :( We were outside quite a while yesterday and she did run a few times after squirrels and to bark at folks walking past :notsure:

    Yeah, me too. That's why once I noticed the limp we came straight home slowly and will just go for a short one until I see no limping. She'd go bonkers if she couldn't go for at least a short walk every day.

    That sounds like fun. I've only had two light, short showers the last week or so. Some areas have gotten dumped on, just not here.

    I have cleaning and :washing: to do. then it's out for yard work, plant the tree, finish cutting the grass. Sprayed the "fence line" with weed killer last night - hope it works. I HATE vines on my fence, especially other peoples' vines because they are too lazy to weed eat :mad: :rant: :eek:

    Rest break is almost over. Gardens are all weeded and now it is on to cleaning the pond filter. Then it is just wax the car and I am ready for vacation.

    cleaned house, ran errands, worked on the last two months of pics.... just enjoying being lazy really.

    I made salmon Friday and did my usual rosemary/thyme/pepper/lemon/ olive oil on the grill. Made gluten free panko 'but last night and got leftovers for tonight.

    Saw your pic of denali in live - looks like you guys picked a good day to head out! hope the in laws have enjoyed their time up there. now you and hte wifey need a vacation to recover from being the hosts!

    A lazy weekend is good every so often, especially with how they're stressing you at work lately.

    Yeah, we definitely need a recovery plan ... it's been fun though. i always enjoy showing folks some of Alaska, and seeing the niece and nephews was cool.

    It was fishy but so good. I know it won't be quite the same once I have to dive into the frozen portions :eek: Its still good, don't get me wrong, but when its fresh you know it.

    And that thread is just fine! I haven't been in the park really - been taking lots of other trips.
