4 days in a one car garage which included putting the axle together and having my plasma cutter go out on me. but leafs a simple to swap in, its a pretty easy two day job if you bust ass and have everything ready to go!

Love the SAS conversion! I particularly like what you did to your hood with the old school strips, I looked thru your thread but didn't find how it was done. Can you tell/show me how you did it? Cool!

    Thanks!

1" wide blue painters tape, eyeballed it all, some sand paper and MGM wheel paint haha

But seriously I eyeballed the first stripe up at the top of the hood and used the painters tape to give me a 1" gap between each stripe and I progressively made the stripes smaller and smaller till I got to the bottom of the hood.

I used plasti dip the first time to be sure I liked it and the design I ended up with and later on just taped around the dip then peeled it up so I wouldn't have to re work all the stripes again then I sanded and applied paint, has been going strong ever since! Didn't really take any pics, when I did it it was rather cold outside and wasn't the best of situations to be using plasti dip.

My buddy made a sticker so I could try to get you one if you wanted but they aren't angled like my tripes, I believe his go parallel with the tip of the hood

Really nice idea man. Thanks, I'd appreciate it if you could try to get me a sticker - that way I can see if I like it w/o messing around w/it too much.

The shirt is cool. Well worth the coin. Let me know when you're up and running again. I will be visiting my dad real soon (he lives 20 miles from gulches)
