So I've never been impressed with the stock leafs in my truck, but I think they may already be shot. My bed is empty 95% of the time and the most weight I've had in it is tailgaiting/camping gear totaling maybe a few hundred pounds. I've got the 4 leaf pack but the leaf pack is basically flat, with little/no curve with the bed empty. Is there anything I can do besides an AAL or a new pack?

aal will not fix a flat pack, just prolong the inevitable and be a waste of money in the end.

    get a new pack OP.

I'd go back to the dealership and make them replace and put a TSB AAL on just because.

    *assuming still under warranty.
