I'm digging the African tribe theme with the hotel soap dispenser to give it some contrast.

Here's a crossfit thread for everyone to go talk about kipping and boxes and shit :D :

    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/health/67435-crossfit.html

Anyway, has anyone seen the bb sponsored athlete Furious Pete? He's got a YouTube page where he eats all this crazy-ass food, such as the Wendy's T-Rex Burger (9 patties), a 120 oz steak, a 20 energy drink shotgun, eating 900 grams of protein powder in 3 minutes, etc. He's crazy as hell. I like him because he doesn't eat clean, he drinks beer, and he doesn't take himself too seriously like most of the sponsored lifters out there. Granted, some of the eating challenges are extremely dangerous, they're pretty funny. Here's him arm wrestling CT Fletcher:

    start over!

I'm too busy/lazy to get in more than 4 days a week, so I split mine up into Mon, Tues, Thurs, Sat or something similar.

Doc told me not to lift until Monday, due to the chance of ripping my stitches, but the only thing I got to do this week before my surgery was legs. I'm thinking a little arm workout this evening won't kill me :notsure:

    Rude?

You would be doing the kid a favor.

I see this all the time. A father teaching his son the worst habbits/poor form. I could spend all day correcting these fools but then I would never get my own training in, so I just shake my head and walk away.

I decided not to after talking to my fiancee (she's in nursing school); she said the main reason not to (besides busting a stitch) is sweat getting in the wound and infecting it, so I'm just gonna sit here and stuff my face until Monday I guess:(

ha! I've got some sort of thing over it now...the wounds are covered by butterfly band-aids and there's gauze over those and there's some kind of see-through band-aid patch over that to keep it closed off from the air; I get to take that and the gauze off tomorrow, so I'll just have the butterfly band-aids on then. It's a huge pain in the ass lol
