Yes sir. Once we test fit Monday I'll know if we need to make any adjustments or not. Even if adjustments need to be made I'm sure they would be minor and would not delay things.

I would say that on Tuesday I'll start a group buy list with pricing. The first batch would be ready to ship in 2-3 weeks.

I think we are pretty well there. I can guarantee no major changes.

Waiting for the group buy thread as I believe this winch mount will pass approval to go on the company truck

Larry and I test fitted this today on his truck. We have a few minor adjustments to make but nothing that will delay production.

I'm going to post up a new thread to get a head count. Right now productions is running a bit behind (very busy), about 3 weeks but I need a general idea of quantities for a first run. I'll make them available to buy about a week before production so no money needed now.

    Group Buy List

Here's a few pics. Yes, we cut off his factory recovery point, I was surprised how soft the steel was. My Makita 4" cutoff zipped it right off, basically cut it off flush with the subframe and painted it black. No big deal.

Try not to pay too much attention to the bumper cover, was the same POS we used last time and it hasn't improved it's look or condition any. :)

Just out of curiosity did the factory recovery point have to be cut off in order for the mount to fit or was it more of a cosmetic thing?

AS you will see in previous posts, it is a fitment issue. You can't see the remains with the bumper mounted but it hangs down too far to mount the bumper.

You don't need it, can't see it and is very simple to remove.

I would like to see a finished product e.g. powder coated black or the stock greyish color. And some really detailed pics of the fit next to where mount and the bumper meet. Otherwise its bad ass.

No, absolutely not. These are TIG welded by guys who this day in and day out so I'm not sure what would be gained.

As stated in a couple of posts, this was brought to market as soon as we could because of demand with zero extra time to do a finished/coated install other than multiple test fits.

Feel free to wait until several have installed theirs over the next few weeks and there will be plenty of pretty pics.

We will have to get another batch produced as the first 40 are pretty well sold already. No schedule just yet.

Can I get mine made out of aluminum?

    How about Titanium?

Will the titanium model require special paint / coatings like the SR71 Blackbird?
