If rarely heading off road toytec would be good but even always on the street the icons will have a better ride.
You should be able to get icons as quick as a toytec from an online dealer for about $1200 give or take a few bucks the toytec will run about $800 give or take or use your shocks and get there adjustable setup for $400
You can rebuild Icons yourself cheap and easy toytec are not rebuildable.
If not comfortable rebuilding yourself save the stock suspension and swap out during the rebuild. The swap should take less than an hour and depending on how many mile driven while the rebuild is taking place an alignment isn't needed but will after the rebuild thats one reason the lifetime a alignment comes in handy.

Talking with Toytec rep here in Alberta.

"I also have the icon coils in stock but after shipping and duty the list price on that set will be $1499.95. This set up will give you the best overall ride quality on and off road but in my personal opinion your first choice in Toytec coilover is definitely the best way to spend the money.

    Thanks,

    Darcy

Just ordered the Toytecs. Be in Wednesday. Wife just informed me she put an offer in on a house so I will need the extra $500 I'm sure! I'm thinking they'll do me fine although I'm sure the Icon's are "better". Thanks all for the input!

I was getting the Icons from there. Was in Friday. He had none left. 2-3 weeks before more came in. I ended up ordering Toytec's from Tacoma Town in Cochrene. They ship tomorrow and will be in Wednesday. I could likely install myself but I live in an apartment and have no garage nor tools (moved here from NB). Probably have to go to Fountain Tire or something. They've been fair to me so far with other things.

Right now I have 1.25" block in rear from dealer installed Revtek kit. Just going to keep that for now. It's the front that's killing me.

I carry nothing. The most the box may see is a couple of 2x4's or a sheet of plywood twice a year. When I do that it's a 10min haul. Maybe a quad for 2 hrs during moose/deer season.

Just keep in mind Icons are not comfortable on pavement. Not only is the spring rate about 25% stiffer than stock, the use of spherical bearings on each end in lieu of rubber bushings means high-frequency vibrations are not damped (this is true for all the high-end coilovers from Icon, King, Fox, SAW). On-road you'll feel every pavement crack and expansion joint. On the flip side, body roll and dive are significantly reduced, and the Icons' digressive valving performs well once the speed picks up off-road.

My ICON coil overs ride 50 times better then the factory stuff on our truck. I only have about 100 miles or so on the ICON stage 1 but like I said the ride is so much more comfy and not as harsh as the stock suspension.
