There should be two grills out there. Fur sure lyndall is bringing one if you want to grill some meat.

Why no air down or straps? If I get pulled I don't want someone to have to use their own strap too, I'd wear out my welcome. And you promised me a tea set

So why do people say to air down if it's not required? And I'll need to air up no matter what lol I run 45 PSI on the highway

That reminds me... My tires are at 47 in the front and 46 in the back, yet there is still a slight "pudge" on my tire between the ground and the wheel as if they are low. What gives??

Front tires? Cause the motor is up front.

    GTFO with that logic

Chopper, it's because you still have winter air in your front tire.

I'll have straps, really don't need to air down, unless you go play in the sand dunes. But if you do that we will call parks and wild life on you. Then have you banned from tw lol

Airing down the tires does help but it is not that big of a deal just going to the beach. If you want to air down then there is a gas station only 20 minutes away that you could make it to and air your tires back up.

Well that's why I usually keep the front aired up higher- but what I am asking is even though I am at 45+, they look low, so do they need to be even higher PSI??

    Wut?! Rich did it!
Yeah I saw when you said that. I was just wondering why there were conflicting opinions. I'm down.

And it's easy for them to see you from the overpass if you're driving on the dunes.

Game wardens don't have the funds to patrol areas like they use to. now they just sit and wait to be called out somewhere. Other than that they dont just drive around

I've seen more Sheriffs on the beach out there than wardens. Usually they don't bother you, as long as you're not hot-dogging it.

Yep its the county sheriffs more than TXPWD.

I'm just hanging at the beach. The intent wasn't an offroad adventure though it can get soft just driving out to the beach depending on conditions.

Yeah. The main entrance has a lot of soft sand just after the concrete ends. Fun to setup a chair there and watch people get stuck.

I was wondering how much of a split trip this was. I have a feeling there won't be much adventuring, which isn't a big deal or anything. I still come.
