    Nothing wrong with a double wide unless you need more room. I can't wait to sell and move into a small cabin or tiny home on a undeveloped lot. Screw the Jonse's and status quo.

    My family has land on a river, but the silly gubment won't allow a building or "RV" due to the flood plain. I was looking into that last week. No way around it besides bribing the town to rezone the land or spend almost a million for a sewage pump house :bananadead:
