Ok, I've had my truck for the last 1yr and half. I have a 09 DCSB off road 4x4. Now I purchased the truck used with a 6" pro comp lift. They removed the sway bar and not really sure if other small things where done.

Question I have; Every once in a while if I bump or hit something at a weird angle where I guess the truck tilts a bit or does something obviously from the normal, there is a quick beep. Maybe 3 or 4 beeps, quick enough where I cant tell exact origin. And that's it.I try to repeat and cant seem to find the exact cause but then that one time again where it does it.

Does anyone know WTH im talking about? Or am I just going crazy?

You have to recalibrate the vsc, do a Google search. Many threads on here about it

It's normal. It's just the electronic nannies toyota started putting in our trucks in '09. Mine does it too and I've had mine since new. It's just letting you know that one wheel is slipping or the truck is tilted or something and that not to worry - toyota engineers have you covered and all will be right with the world in just a second.

Really could do without the beeping though.

good luck trying to get the VSC not to kick in on a truck with one of them ridiculous 6 in lifts and no swaybar. Even with a zero pt calibration there will still be times where it kicks in when it shouldnt just by nature of altering the vehicle so much.
