Yea I'll get to it, gotta drive out to bamf in the mornin and pick up my sliders:D
Gotta modify a few things still for the straps to be 100% solid for the way I incorporated them onto my LCA skids, so I can replace my arms without extra fabrication and stuff, you'll see when I get ya sum dang pics

solid! Love my BAMF sliders. You should hit up Alex and the boys over in the valley to see if they wanna run over to La Grange for some wheeling. Alex is always down.

Soo this is how I mounted the straps. Before you criticize the mount location being on the skid, I changed how it's mounted to the control arm, I made a steel strap that makes it so the skid is actually sandwiching the arm, and since it's all 1/4" steel and grade 8 bolts I think it's solid enough, and doing it this way I can still replace my lower arms if I want, but in all honesty I think I'm gunna box em in making my own heavy duty arms

on the fence about tires, either keeping the toyo trend M/T, or goodyear MT/R's, or BFG KM2's and theyre gunna be 285s. any input is appreciated, I like the toyos, we run the AT's on all our company rigs and theyre a great tire so the MT cant be bad?

FWIW I have the MT/Rs and LOVE them. The Toyos are great Mts but super heavy. I have buddies running the KM2s and swear by them that they last so long. The price was the same for me on the BFG KM2s or the Goodyear Mtrs...had to go goodyear for the kevlar sidewall...definitely already paid for itself on some lava rocks and off road trails. You might want to consider the Hankook Mts as well. I heard the sidewall on those tires is

Mt/r is the way to go. I'm on my second set with no complaints whatsoever. Air down and grip like Velcro

I'm leaning towards those more, there's a shit ton of nasty sharp rocks where I usually wheel at, few other guys have em and no probs Cept one was hard to get balanced I guess. They wear good?

yeah takes a ton of weight for mine to balance. They fall out of balance every 5,000 miles or so...After driving a little over 5k my wheels were off by 3-4 oz.
