I'm planning on getting the Camburg Allied Spindles...I heard somewhere that I wouldn't need new UCA's...well technically I don't NEED them, but would the alignment be off enough to where - let's say - Total Chaos UCA's would be necessary? Thanks guys.

you will be fine with just spindles, but if u plan on getting coil overs then you will need them.

Correct. Thats whats nice about spindle lifts. They dont screw up your stock geometry

pretty much anything above ~2" of coil lift you will need new UCAs to correct the alignment. if your running lift spindles and OEM shocks or coilovers set at below 2" your good to go w/ the OEM arms.

hey guys, thought i'd just continue this thread, im considering getting the tc lift spindles and was wondering if i can use it with my 5100s?

at the moment im at 2.5" with the 5100s and tc ucas with a 1" block in the back. i was just wondering if i can set the 5100s at stock height and just put in the spindles and i'll have 3.5" of lift?

its too bad that it seems i didn't have to get tc ucas, if i were just to go with the spindles to begin with. oh well... they do look cool under there :)

    thanks for info guys.

EDIT: ok, so i just found this thread,
    http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/suspension/45609-installed-camburg-spindles.html

so from what i understand i can use the 5100s at any height and that'll just be added to the tc spindles 3.5" ? if it is, great. :D

oh, so if i were to set the front at say 3.5" or so, what would be a good height for the back to keep it more or less level with the front? i was hoping a 1.5" aal would do the trick.

That might not be enough, especially if you are running 33" tires. Look into the All Pro 3" leaf pack or something equivalent. You will have a rear lean with just a 1.5" aal.

I would highly recommend getting adjustable uca's with spindles. They will work with no preload on the coilover and will work if you ever want to go up from 3.5 inches. I had a very hard time getting my truck aligned with my spindles and coilovers, even when I had my coilovers set at 0". Get the uca's, you will need them.

well that's no problem because i already have them on my truck, so i guess all i'd need is to get is the spindles, and a leaf pack to level it. i was paranoid about alignment and what not when i got the 5100s so i sprung for the ucas :)
