You should be able to change the color since they sell weatherproof LED strips in a bunch of different colors. Only thing is the quality, I know that some of the strips for sale on like Ebay are shit quality. You'd need to find a seller with good quality.

Yep. All the ones I buy are amazing quality and work great. I haven't had a problem yet. Even the ones I use for the light up whips I make. They work great and change color with the remote....good shit:D

Yeah but I know a lot of LED Strips are one color only. The ones I have in the bed of my truck under the rails change to all different colors but they aren't waterproof.

At least get IP65 waterproof leds. The IP68 waterproof are awesome and can be submerged.

I would but I have already put in so much money into my truck and I mainly commute in it.. After dental school Ill get a new tacoma and go all out, but I don't want to put anymore money into my commuter that I occasionally take off road haha

By the time I am done with school this one will have about 300,000+ miles (right now Im at 115,xxx) and it will be time to get a new one, and during school I won't have time to go out camping a ton and off road.

Thats it? haha where did you get yours? Don't they just have 3m tape on them to hold on and thats it? Doesn't seem like it would stay very well

I actually have 4 LED pods left over (originally bought 4, 2 had moisture leaks so company sent me 4 new ones since they changed the style and never asked for the old ones) so I was going to put the 2 floods under and the 2 spots as reverse lights but not sure.

The pods are cool. Strips work too with zip ties and whatnot. The 3m sticky is good but not good enough for underneath. I get mine from a supplier on EBAY that is 2 hours from me so i get them quick. Check this thread for info if it helps:http://www.tacomaworld.com/forum/li...ished-leds-cupholders-console-bed-lights.html

PM me if you need any pointers too.

Oh my god I am so jealous! That is so sick! That looks kinda complicated to take out the center console and all. Can I pay you to do mine? :D
