I've been doin some research and think I'm going to put Flowmaster 50 Deltaflow series on my '09 taco... I'm looking for something with some nice sound but not too loud in the cabin.

Best statement you'll receive. I personally have a true dual Borla set up and i havent quite heard anything like it. I got flowmasters on my other vehicle and they do have a distinctive sound.

Ive spent many hours listening to exhausts on youtube. Do any of you feel it has any "ricey" sound to it like a little tuner car. I think a truck should sound like a truck but while listening to just about every exhaust clip i could find on there most sound like a ricer car. The best clip I've heard is the Flowmaster Deltaflow 50 Series. What is the usual price on the muffler itself? I have also read the tip has a factor in the sound coming out, which do you recommend or have? I like the looks of the rolled tip instead of a straight along with round instead of oval/square. Opinions?

If you look in my sig I have my review of the Magnaflow for the Tacoma. Im pretty happy with it. Ive never had aftermarket exhaust so its taking a little getting used to in the cabin, but outside it sounds awesome. There are vids in the review for you to check out.

I know for a fact that my truck does not sound like that. Suprisingly my wife likes it also FWIW.

I already have a 3inch AFE mach force xp cat back exaust on the truck but i was just wondering what would you guys recommend to finish the system. Need to get some headers and y-pipes to connect to the cat back. Im putting a supercharger in it eventually so i want to finish the exaust first. let me know what you guys think.thx
