Just wondering if anyone here has any experience with these.

Thinking seriously about these as I want to maintain all of my bed space (i.e. no tool box) and they double the stock bedside cubby size and are weather "resistant", much more so than the stockers.

BTW, tried the "search" function first.

    Thanks for any input.

It's a great product easy to install. I keep my bubba rope and tie down straps in there. I'm thinking about getting another one for the other side; take out the small cubby and get rid or the bed power inverter that to me serves little to no good purpose, as you can't run much stuff off of it. We'll worth the money! I just wish it was a little deeper to hold more nut oh we'll.

This looks pretty sweet ... I know the $$$ will scare some away ... having said that you have to pay for quality.

I checked out eBay ... nothing special there ... $188 plus $18 shipping ... quality cost money.

Had a question on about these Tuffy storage compartments, Would it fit on the opposite side, the side with plug? And if it does fit, how hard to mount the plug to inside of the Tuffy compartment?

Just wanted to post a follow up to those who bought one of these, these rust out from the bottom. The side under the truck, this is what I found when I pulled mine out...

I have never had a leak, but it seems you do need to repaint and remove the rust if you want to keep them.

Thanks for sharing dessertsand05! I had looked at these last year as an option for locked storage. Maybe a little extra rust preventive would be warranted. Living in Boston your truck is subjected to harsh winter conditions. Last winter was brutal for the NE!
I have been considering putting a locked box inside the cab(either under the front seat or under the flipped down access cab half seat). I found one from Hornady.com , but have to figure out how to bolt it in place.
