i got my dakars from headstrong offroad (but i got the whole setup from them so shocks and all too)

If you plan to off-road...yes on the extended brake lines. The stock will will ok for a daily road driver but anything more than that and i would go extended (this is just my opinion though!)

As for the drop....just wait and see. I got no vibrations after installing my dakars so i never used it. In fact im sure if you skipped buying it and then needed it, someone would probably have them for you to pick up and not have to wait on shipping.

Downsouth doesn't have them alone, I just see it part of the packages with OME lits. The bushings that come from the one at Toytec don't work? Or are they different bushings?

Yes I plan on off roading.. A lot. And alright I will wait and see, may pick it up off of one of you :D

Looks like they have upgraded Urethane bushings at Toytec. They cost more but might be better I guess. :notsure:

The wheelers Dakars without bushings are the exact same price as the Toytec with bushings

I guess I may have not been clear, I locked the rear to try and get up the hill, couldn't make it up and smashing the gas witha. Run at it wasn't an option, I rolled back down after making it half way up in reverse, that's what scared the misses ;) I wouldn't lock the reR to just go down a hill lol, I never lock unless last resort to clear an obstacle.

Well, since you aren't hot to jump on them, I asked the guy a few questions. I need to do something but it requires a day off work just to visit the shop where I want to get them made

Anybody free this weekend? Im probably going to go up to Darrington and go check out the new FS road that opened, supposedly goes 25 miles back. Looked on google earth and if its the same one it goes up to 4300ft in elevation, possibly some snow?

I believe its 24. Find the log mill on google earth and follow the road right before it up and you'll see NF-24 take of on the south side of Sauk Prairie Rd.

deavers will be soooo soft if you have a RTT...unless they are built differently.

Another option are the allpro expedition leafs

I looked at those but they are more expensive than Dakars and I haven't heard any reviews on those, but have heard nothing but good things about Dakars
