What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

Doh! A good reminder to test before tucking away.

 

I never cleaned a UCA until I got my stage 4 and the same billet ones. Looks good.

 

I used my truck to go riding/shuttling.



Then I built a mount for my breaker and blue sea fuse block and put together some led under hood lights.





And then I took a couple pictures of it just because it looked cool.

I used this write up and its not very difficult if you take your time.

 

Today I installed LEDs in the map lites, dome lite, and rear license plate lites, also I painted the grill Toyota logo.

I debadged it a couple of weeks ago, swapped out the front chrome grill surround with a color matched one and did the anytime driving lite mod.

Next projects are bed LED and under hood lighting kit, Paint the chrome rear bumper black and install my Sirius radio Starmate 5 using the factory shark fin satellite antenna.

Today I gave her a wash, took a drive up north into the hills and was thankful for everything the Vets and Armed Forces have done, and still do, to allow me to enjoy the freedom I and many others enjoy today. Thank you. Lest we forget.

It's ruined, time for an offraod bumper

 

Put this together over a few nights. All modular, easy to take out, put back in. Extends the bed to about 6'6'' for sleeping, holds a ton of stuff in the drawer and in the secret compartments on the sides and top of bed.

My only complaint is the weight, it is sturdy as hell though. Just waiting on the shell.

 

Just rip the other one off so they match. Lol, that's what I did.

 

Plasti Dipped front bumper lip. Decent job but needs a touch up for cleaner lines. That can wait for another day though I think



It's looking so much better now though. Excited!
