    Technically they both blew the yellow, but it's the Kia's fault because the Corolla had the right of way.

    Agreed. They failed to maintain control of their vehicle and were not able to get stopped before being clipped by the other car.

    2002 Regular cab base A/C fixed now.
    Westin lights, Westin Light bar holder, New front bumper, Custom floor matts, Steering wheel cover, board in bed to keep groceries from rolling around, new radio, New flat bed cover.
    Where I live I usually go through yellows if I know I can make it by going straight. When the light is yellow (where I live) the other light is not green it only turns green a moment after the Yellow light I was going through turns red. So where I live if there is a yellow light it kinda means "you still have the right if way but you better slow down if you are to far away to make the light"

    You can legally make it through a yellow light. It's not smart tho. The pount of a yellow is to tell a driver to stop if you safely can.
