5-channel amp or 4-channel and mono?

I have a AUX/USB input underneath my stereo, where the cigarette lighters/car adapters are, this is stock right? (I saw it was under the audio tips & mods and as far as I know the Tacoma is bone stock except what iv added to it) can I use that still if I replace the HU?

 

I am not sure on that one. Yes they are factory inputs down there. A search on here might net that answer. I want to say it has come up before.
