Have not used them, but have seen both Husky & WeatherTec installed. Both fit great and look good. I ordered the Husky's as they are more of a rubber type material vs the harder more slippery plastic material used in the Weather Tecs. Lots of comments on both types on this forum and seems folks like both brands equally as well. Posted it up because this is a great price vs the normal retail or sale prices. The Huskys seem to be about the same type of material as my OEM All Weather mats in my Tundra and I like them. I didn't like the "hard plastic / slippery feel" of the Weather Tecs.

 

What do they fit? Says does no fit my 2011 so I tried a 09 does not fit them either.

Yeah but after you save all that money you still have Husky mats. Don't know if there's any difference in quality for the tacoma, but I had Husky mats in my 09 wrangler unlimited and they were just terrible quality.

 

OK thanks wonder what the ones they had pictured fit? Any way I did a Amazon search with the factory number and it did come up with the 53721, their on there way.

 

Depends on which mats you buy. They have cheap mats and more expensive mats. These are the Exact Contour Mats which seem to be well made and have had good reviews all over the web. The top two seem to be Huskey & Weathertec with the big difference being that the Huskeys are more of a Rubber material vs the Weathertecs which are a harder plastic. My neighbor just got the Weathertecs and I'm not real fond of the slip n slide type material they are made of so ordered the Huskeys. Pretty much a matter of preference.

 

The ones pictured were for the front of a 2015 DC Tacoma 53701 & 53801 are the front and rear sets for the 2015 and back (not sure how far) DC Tacoma's. I checked with Huskey and they verified these would fit my truck.

 

The picture on Amazon shows holes for the retaining hooks. I thought I read on here somewhere in the past that the husky liners don't have holes for the hooks. I don't like the holes in my weathertech's because they can be overwhelmed fairly easily. So can anyone with experience say whether or not the husky liners have holes for the hooks?

 

They are supposed to be delivered today so I'll check. If I remember right they have caps that go over the top of the holes.

 

That's good to hear. If you have the time I would appreciate a review on how well you feel the caps seal the holes. Thank You.

ETA: Those spots for the hooks are my Biggest complaint on the weathertech. I always seem to track in enough snow that some water will get over the top of the hole. I also like how these mats will completely cover the dead pedal and looks like they go up farther behind the pedals. Lots of crud collects above my weathertech's.

 

No caps for the holes on my Huskey's....they do have a fairly high ring around them and are way at the back of the mat so you would have to get a lot of water in the mat to overflow them at the hook holes. The raised area is a round hole so I would think you could find something that would fit to cap them if you were really concerned. Like the look and feel of the mats, now I just need a truck to put them in! I'll be putting them in Sat or Sun depending on what time Sat I get my truck. It is coming in in the late hours Thursday night / Friday am and the dealer wants to put it in the showroom for some Xmas Christmas photo shoot on Friday so I'm waiting to pick it up on Saturday....They get to keep it an extra day and I'm supposed to get it Sat all super shined from it's showroom debut!

 

Pro came in today so I took the mats with me when I went to pick her up. Fit is very good and once they are installed, the location of the holes and the way they are protected it would take a lot of water in the mat before it went through to the carpet. I've only driven with them about 25 miles, but I like the more rubber feel over the Weather Tecs which are a bit more "slip and slide" due to their harder type of plastic. The Huskys have about the same feel as the OEM all weather mats that I have in my Tundra, only with lots more coverage.

 

The Husky mats hold up. I have a set with 330,000 miles on them.

I have had these mat's for about six months now (fronts). The driver side fits great, passenger not so well it's too short. The holes do not line up with the tabs on my 06 but that doesn't seem to matter much. Had a leaky water jug overwhelm the passenger mat and leaked through the hole. I do like the rubber material and would purchase them again.

 

Got mine they are very nice soft rubber they have a hold down and a cap that fits in the holes. The hold down screws into the carpet (not real well) and the caps screws down on top plugging the holes.

 

There's a review thread on these with pics somewhere, also my wife just got me some of these for the front so I'll post some pictures when I have time.

For the person who posted earlier saying they don't line up with the posts...they aren't supposed to line up. The xact contours don't use the factory retainers at all, you need to pull them out to put these in.

Also, the person who said these don't screw down very well, maybe you have different carpet or you just aren't doing it right, mine tightened down very well. After installation these mats will not move at all, but they are still easy to pull out if you want.

If they lined up with the Toyota keepers they would leak. Lets just say a 1/4" of plastic screw thread into carpet is not exactly strong but it really does not matter they are not going any where screw or not.
