    Plasti-Dipped Emblems, Tonnopro Tri-fold toneau cover (for winter use only), AVS in-channel visors, Ultra Gauge, Tepui Kukenam RTT, Muteki Trail Hog 285/70/17, Pop N' Lock, Bilstein 5100's in the front set at .85 with Eibach coils, Bilstein 5100's in the rear with a Toytec AAL. Toytec drivers side spacers, Toytec diff drop kit. All Pro u-bolt flip kit, TJM Compressor (permanently mounted), Custom rack for the RTT over the bed, Tepui Kukenam RTT, Toyota Bed Mat, Cobra 75 WX ST CB Radio, and a lot of gear behind the seats.
    OP, I was/am in the same boat as you needing a compressor so I choose the TJM compressor and love it. I have it permanently mounted on the drivers side behind the battery. I'll see if I have any pictures.

    Have not picked one up just yet but my local shop did have a viair480c that I'm interested in but now my question is do I have to run a tank with it or can I run it strait to my tires when airing up?

    Do you have to run a tank. How slow are they? I was hoping a single compressor would fill all my tires from 12 to 35 in ten to fifteen minutes. Am I only going to get those results with CO2

    Chevy and Jeep guy gave me guff for it saying it was too small not powerful enough. At the end of the install one guy bought it and the other guy added it to his wish list. They're impressive little compressors.

    No you do not need a tank. Yes, they do help with airing up tires a little faster. Only thing comparable to C02 is a belt driven compressor such as a York 210. I'm new to Tacoma's and don't know if that is even a possibility.

    I think you are talking valve core and not stem.
    Also have seen people try with no luck on an ARB and others...
    No work without a storage tank. Then the tank needs to be more the a 1 gal so you take up a lot of room.

    That's a great setup. Do you have pictures of where you mounted your tank? Also where do you plug in your air line?

    Don't have to run one but I don't have a pressure cutoff so I can't run the compressor directly haha. I can take my 35's from 20PSI to 40PSI in about 3-4 min IIRC. They can take my 2.5 gal tank from completely empty to ~175psi in a reasonable amount of time

    Tank is mounted where the spare used to be :cool: I have an air outlet on the front bumper, one in the cab, and I'm going to put one on the back bumper at some point but the air hose I carry is long enough to fill tires on any trailer I have ever pulled

    Old thread I know but I'm planning on mounting a MaxiTrac compressor in teh same location running to a manifold under the hood. I need to route an airline and 4ga wires out of the cab and into the engine bay. What path did you take for this?
