Oh yeah, I couldn't see where the blazer was. Knowing now where it was, you were definitely screwed.

For those considering going back up X-Mas day, we're supposed to get snow down to Pollock Pines tomorrow afternoon/evening. They're only calling for an inch here, but it will at least add some fresh powder on everything higher up. Weather was great up here yesterday (and today) with sunny skies...no fog.

I will be there Xmas day. Wife wants to bring her new jeep, so I'm sure I'll get a lot of recovery practice.

I'm pretty sure every group out there Sunday could have used a lesson in parking/keeping the trail clear... had to thread the needle a couple times which is not prefered in something as unpredictable as snow... you guys stopped at an appropriate place and left everyone a ton of room but I kept rolling up on groups stopped and parked in the middle...

    Wrecked!

We all had to stop due to the jeeps that were pulling a truck out of the ditch. I don't remember having to wait for them.i most of missed something.

yeah. you went on ahead cuz we stopped since someone said one of the girls was peeing. while we waited you were a good 5min ahead when we reached the truck getting pulled out.

while we waited for the truck to get pulled out, the big foots went around everybody. shortly thereafter the road was clear and we headed down, at which point we came up to the guys that passed us parked in the middle of the rode to air up and we had to squeak by.

Was it the ram charger and the blazer? The guy in the ram charger was just riding Rev limiter all day.... was actually hilarious.
