How do you like the ADS?

 

toytec boss leafs. made for a 2" lift so dk if they would be best for your setup. but with the shackle flip its a 2.75" total rear lift. then little preload with 14x700 spring on the coilovers up front keeps me low.

 

Expos with custom hoops can be flexy......

 

yea it's odd how little travel his pack is getting.

 

ADS is the shit! Love my setup up front for sure. They do however need to fix their customer service skills outside of the local customers(I've heard some guys haven't gotten the responses they needed). I've had great service but I also have the luxury of personally goin to the shop and getting hands on help or answers. They're still just in their growing stages, but MCM Fab in Vegas is a huge help. As far as the shock performance I'd say they're top notch

 

Those shocks are a huge limiting factor unfortunately. Im going through the same thing now as I lower the rear of my truck. These shocks are almost 30" long extended. Im sitting at 5-5.5" of lift in the rear and my shocks are perfect (6" of up travel and 6" down at ride height). I just want to lower it .5-1" and im terrified I'll end up in the same boat with no up travel

How did you like your bds 6" setup with the fox coilovers? How did it feel on the road? Factory like?

 

Love them!
Stiffer than factory which is good for no sway bar imo

Only complaint were the #600 lb springs and my front bumper. Later swapped to #650

 

How much did you have to trim to clear the 35's?

 

Do you have a pic of the allpro bumper on your truck with the bds on your truck from the front?

 

With the BDS or 3" lift?
I had all my trimming done before I moved up to 6" lift. I'd say for 6"/35's just have to trim plastic and if you offload probably a cab mount chop.



On other note I can't wait to go get surgery at Insain fab !

 

Nice build. I noticed you chopped the mbrp exhaust. I have an mbrp too. Did you notice any difference in sounds or anything? Thanks

I was a fan of that exhaust with stock headers. Too raspy with long tube headers.


Have a 18" magnaflow muffler now much better.

 

6" if you could and do you know if the bds skid will cover the drop bracket some?
