OME lift is definitely worth it. I think there's a ongoing group buy to get the new kit

Love the cover, have same one. Im going to make a few recommedations though as I have busted mine.

    1. Tie the last section down when its in the up position, it will break the foam board i side from the wind slamming it shut!!!!

    2. In a hail storm, open it up all the way, it dents pretty easy. No way of fixing that.

    3. Lube the seals every once in a while with silicone, they will dry rot and leak.

Those are my thoughts from owning one.

Started and finished a mini d2s retrofit yesterday. I am accustomed to proper hid projectors now that I've retrofitted 4 of my cars and trucks. I just couldn't live with my taco staying halogen.

Here's another mini d2s retrofit I did on my 94 pickup. These headlights were a million times easier to work with than my 2nd gen.

Lots of bolt on chrome stuff
I'm curious about the new kit as well. I have OMEs current offering and it's pretty much new, so by the time I'm ready to replace it there should be lots of reviews around. Excite.

Retrofit headlights, hid fog lights, blacked out tail lights, color matched grill, debadged, 3" lift, weathertech floor mats
New to Tacoma World and modding my truck. Did a 3" lift, blacked out tail lights, retrofit headlights, color matched grill, fuel hostage 17x9 rims with 285/70/17 Nitto g2s and of course the weather tech floor mats. Thanks TacomaWorld for all the suggestions!

I built a front wheel bearing/hub assembly yesterday. Today I decided to swap it out. Thought it was the driver's side. Got in there and noticed the inner seal was still fine.... Left the seal but swapped the bearing/hub. Still noisy. Tear into the passenger side sure enough seal is smoked and the spindle is full of crap. Swapped out the seal and put the original bearing/hub from the driver's side on. Silence once again.
