So should I get the Trd quickshifter? I'm stuck I can't decide if it's worth the money at the moment. I do think the product is worth the money Im just not sure if there's somethng else I could spend my money on at this time that would be more useful to me. So guys with a quickshifter, is it one of the top mods that you've done so far? Would you buy it again?

Replaced a 2300 mile tire after some road debris sliced my sidewall. 35 degree 40mph wind roadside spare change... fun. That was a $125 Chipotle Burrito

I don't have a quick shifter, but I know going to a shift knob with some more weight made things a little smoother.

If you are talking about a short throw shifter for manual transmission, I would recommend it! Although I now drive an automatic I had a urd short throw on my 4runner and when i drove a 6speed taco I knew the difference immediately, felt like it took all day to hit that next gear.

Broke 5,000 miles on the way to work. Had a 400 miles round trip yesterday that I averaged 22.52mpg on. First half was interstate, kept it at 75mph the whole time. Return trip I took the mountain route, mostly 45-55mph but kept it in third a lot because of the grades. Very happy with it so far.

URD short throw shifter is one of my favorite mods.

Since your running out of bed rail space I bet you're going to be putting the shovel and axe on the same mounts so you can't do the following but for others, you can run a bolt straight through the quickfist and into a t-slot nut in the bed rail channel to reduce the amount of hardware needed.

    no shit :D

The really odd thing is....I asked the guy if he wanted me to meet him at his house and he said sure...he gave me his address and the dude was 4 doors down from me:eek: I said what the fuck...he says he drives the truck very rarely. Told him I saw him drive down our street a few times but never again. Easy transaction for me:cool:

Cost of selling to a beaver? Haha.
I will be bringing my truck to Oregon the last week of March though.
