So how difficult is rug road? Optional bypasses etc? Hoping it's got some good lumpy bumpy stuff

No by passes. First year trail damage by me was front bumper dented in on passanger side. Exhaust pinched shut and 4 wheel actuator broken. I was basically stock all the way around. With a lift and sliders its a really fun road with some off camber stuff and boulder crawling

And pin stripping is going to happen. No avoiding it. There are a couple staircases to.

So no stuff around camp to crawl around on? No bypasses? Nothing? How long is the run in?

There's one or two bypasses, but even those obstacles aren't that bad. As for near camp, not much around there, unless you want to head back up to the Rug Road trailhead to play around. The 4wd run in is 6+ hours depending on trail conditions/stops/vehicle totals.

As the instruction -Larger than stock tires-Minimum 2" of lift-Rock sliders. If you have this things you will be good. Arizona pin stripping is going to happen.

Cool man! Honestly, as long as you've got sliders, spotting will get you through everything else. The first 1/3rd of the trail is where the worst obstacles are. And lockers are optional :)

As of right now no. We may split into two groups of 7, but I'd like to keep 14 trucks maximum.

Anything out on the way to the Ghost-town site? Seemed like quite a few areas to wheel around as we were headed out that way last time

Repeat of that first night at Log Corral? ;)

I haven't done any exploring up that way yet. I'm sure there's some trails though.

Yes, cuts 15-20 mins off. Plus no crossing private land.
