We both did it.. Idk about Pat.. but mine is a TON better. I drove 400+ miles in the last 2 days and its amazing. The truck feels brand new. One of the best mods/fixes I've ever done to the truck.

push that lower U joint type part to gain a little more clearance/gap.. we used pretty small zipties.. and started with the very end of them (the smallest, thinnest portion)

Well put some offroad miles on the truck today, converting the sliders to weld on has been the best thing ever. Made a huge difference. Everything feels much more solid.

Also after taking the "HD" out of the SUA kit, the truck did outstanding offroad couldnt have been happier.

Then of course, on the way home the truck bogged like it always does, but for the first time ever all these lights came on
    [IMG]

Truck wasnt over heated according to temp guage. Also lost power steering it seemed.

Saving this for reference with my bogging issue

Jamie came to the rescue. The truck isn't driveable. Absolutely no throttle response now at this point. Having towed to dealer tomorrow and see what they want to do.

Is it time for a 2015 4x4 LT mod?

Interested to see what happens. With the truck. Hope it's nothing absurdly expensive, but the AT Oil light is never one we're happy to see. Temp gauge in the dash only measures engine coolant.

Ran Broken Arrow last Sun. Pretty fun for a moderate trail, nice views, GF enjoyed picnicking out there.

As for the tie rod boot, meh. I'd run it till the ball joint gets a bit sloppy then replace with brand of your choice.

Edit: Also, FWIW, I'm gonna do the Rug Road run and then shut down on wheeling until probably Sept/October. I don't like the heat, auto transmission, and skid plates combining in the way they might want to out here in AZ. I'm just gonna say no to summer wheeling.
