I have a 2014 PreRunner Double Cab 2wd Tacoma. I just bought 16 x 8 after-stock rims - 0mm. I currently have no lift but am planning to get a 3" lift so I can put BFG KO2 (285/75R/16) - these are 33" tires. I do not do much, if any, off-roading. I am mainly looking to give my truck an aggressive look. Could anyone recommend a descent and cost-friendly lift kit that make room so these tires do not rub? Also, would I need wheel spacers?

Yeah, so the previous post from iseeredandyellow is sort of correct but just about every thread has tons of variables. So, NO, there is no single package that someone can/will prescribe. They all get you in the ballpark and then you just have to do work from that point forward. More of a build not buy type approach.

Everyone has opinions and I don't have a clue on spindle lifts, but 285 are wide. And with zero offset you are more than likely going to rub the fender wells and mudguards. Nothing extreme, but spacers may help along with minor trimming (nothing metal).

Thanks, guys! I believe I will end up going with the MaxTracs. Now for the rear: I have done a good bit of researching. I think I am going to go with a 3" leaf pack. From what I understand, I will need brake lines with these, along with u-bolts and shocks. Could I run these new leafs with my stock shocks for a while? I plan to get the Bilstein 5100s, but would prefer to put them in later, ($$$)... What do you guys suggest?
